I need a home that has an individual room I can rent from you and the ability to confidentially receive mail, and have my mail forwarded to my other Hollywood, CA address. This room is strictly for personal reasons and I would only actually be living/sleeping in the room less than 5 days a month. This is a once in a lifetime offer once I have established my person to rent me this type of property I’ll delete this . We can also arrange to where I would be have necessarily a room but still the ability to receive my mail confidentially and a place to come inside if needed, that’s all.
