Furnished basement

I have a bedroom with queen size bed, private closet, natural daylight from windows. I’m looking for a roommate who has a steady job, is responsible, clean, respectful, fun to live with, and drama free. My house is located in a safe quiet neighborhood in southeast Denver, twenty minutes from Anschutz medical, thirty minutes from Downtown, and twenty minutes from the Airport. There is a Central AC/ Heater, Central vacuum, Washer and dryer, alarm system with security cameras, and Easy street parking.You will have access to use:* full bathroom with two vanities and a bathtub will be shared with one other male roommate.* a Spacious living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with gadgets and appliances, and a dedicated fridge is shared with the roommate only. * large backyard with a covered patio* A movie theater in the basement, you are welcome to join us for movie nights 😊* we have access to a pool in our community, you are welcome to use. House rules:No crazy party, but having a friend over from time to time it’s normal. Sorry but no smoking of any type, no drugs, Drinking occasionally is ok. Being social as we are living under the same roof but also having alone time is essential as well. Help each other in cleaning the shared areas. Pets:I have friendly Labrador. no another pets allowed. We are 3 people, my husband and I and our roommate The rent price does not include utilities. there is a refundable security deposit ( half month rent).
