Hi my boyfriend owns and lives in a single family home located in St Cloud, bath. There are two bedroom vacancies. He resides in the master bedroom. Bedrooms have locks for the residents. Currently only one bedroom is semi furnished with only a bed, if that is your room preference please let him know in your inquiry.

NOT looking for any roommates with pets, however there will be a cat who will come to visit/move-in in the future so that is something a potential resident will have to be aware of. (Non-negotiable)

House is equipped with a security system. The house was built late and all new appliances. All rooms will have a fresh coat of paint before you move in.

House is located in Thompson Grove neighborhood of Saint Cloud. Roughly an hour from Disney Springs. minutes from Valencia’s Osceola Campus. minutes from Valencia’s Lake Nona Campus. 1 hour from UCF.

Rent is ty dollars and covers utilities
