Need a room? Short term or long term welcome!(: Send a message for a quick response!!!! 😇 I have a 3 story town home with 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms connected and 2 car garage attached and game room😇 my roommate just moved out! She had the 2nd floor master bedroom !

I just got out the marines a few years ago , I work all the time so you’ll have the house majority of the time and I’m in the process of becoming a sheriff in riverside county ! I’m years old and I live in downtown Ontario at the Ontario Town Square Homes 🏠 let me know if you would like to come by to view the place or have any questions! The room is available immediately and have others who are interested please let me know ASAP (: happy holidays 🎆🎄🙏🏽 Base rent is $ . Divided by two, since it would be us two both, would be $. This is without utilities. Utilities are not a set price it varies on the amount of usage such as A/C, Water, Electricity. In this case I’ve stayed here for over a year and have witnessed rent being as high as $K during summer when it’s hot I use A/C to keep the house cooled down. This means rent can be around $ for utilities, rent, and master bedroom located on the 2nd floor with bathroom connected and 2 car garage attached.

I do allow pets , but I do ask to show proof of vaccinations and do ask to keep up to date with them. I do have 2 dogs . A pit bull & a German shepherd. This is their home before anyone else. They are still young so they are in their puppy energetic mode lol but both males and they are not neutered nor will they be. I tend to keep their blood line in my lifetime🤗 . They are trained but have not really been introduced to other animals but they are nice and well trained! Military service animals!
