RENTING A ROOM FROM JUNE TO AUGUST

I am seeking someone to take over my lease my apartment during June, July and august. It is an apartment in Sol at West Village, in UC Davis. There are 4 rooms, plus a laundry/drying one and a little patio. The apartment is fully furnished and you room will be too. I will offer you the kitchen utensils you need as well as bedsheets and a lamp for the desk. Moreover, you will have your own mailbox. In the complex, you will find a pool, a hour gym, a mail room, a study hall and also an entertainment zone with pool and tv's. There are parks and green zones, as well as a restaurant, a market and a cafe. The apartment is located 3' from the bus stop and there is a ' walk to university. I will pay the rent for June in exchange for you the amount to change the lease's name. I already paid the deposit so I don't think you will have to. Either way, if you are interested in the apartment we can further negotiate the details. The room will be available since the th of June.
