The house is located in St. Louis Park, right on the line of Minneapolis and has close access to , and by going through uptown. Really close to the chain of lakes running or biking. Both have ample closet space (the main floor room has access to additional closet space in bathroom right next to it). In the pictures the main floor room is off the kitchen and has the wooden floor. The basement room is carpeted and has the wooden paneling. There is also a small room upstairs that can be used as an office if you work from home/remotely.
Additional details:
• One garage spot available, but we also have plenty of street parking, 2 cars fit in the driveway.
• Laundry onsite in basement (no coins needed).
• We are responsible for mowing and shoveling, but landlord provides mower, shovels/salt, and snow blower. Our rent is slightly discounted as we do the lawn and driveway of the attached duplex neighbor (she's a sweetheart and super quiet).
• No smoking, or drugs (including weed).
• Utilities we pay: electric/heat/wifi split between 3 people
• Move in is July 1 potential for sooner/flexible; this is a sub-lease so the lease will go until . Typically the landlord does yearly leases. The landlord is super communicative, and address to maintenance requests quickly.

A little about me:
I'm years old, work in the mental health field, and have the sweetest dog who loves people-4 year old lab/German Shepard mix (hope you're a dog person). I'm a Christian, really active at my gym, enjoy cooking, reading a good self development book, and travel. I briefly worked from home during COVID, but have been back in-person over a year. My dog is out and about during the day, but is very well-behaved, mostly sleeps and doesn't get into things. I'm responsible, like to keep the place clean, and like to enjoy some wine in the evening.
