Spare bedroom | House | East Nash

Hey! I've got a spare bedroom (') in my house that is located in the heart of East Nashville. Location is walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and groceries.

I was using the bedroom as an office but decided to open it up to rent. Only downside is a shared bathroom but I'm pretty clean and organized so if you are too, we should be good!

Ideally looking to set up a month-month situation (open to 6 months at a time). I work from home but split that time working out of my room, the back patio, the garage (there is a two car garage in the backyard) or a local coffee shop.

I do have a dog but he's a sweet boy named Gus. May need help watching him if I have to travel for work.
