Student sublease/lease takeover!

My roommate and I are looking for two students to take over our lease or sublease the end of May through the end of July with the option to extend into the academic year at Eleven West Student Housing. We are located a few blocks from UCCS. We are on the first floor with a patio, washer and dryer, and it is fully furnished, pets are allowed, there is a parking lot and street parking. You can be a student at any of the local universities. It is a really great quiet community close to campus. I have lived here for two years and have enjoyed it a lot, the staff is very kind and understanding. We are just graduating and looking to move elsewhere :-)
