Welcome to Vila Maria, our cozy loft in Williamsburg that reflects my wife's ancestry from Brazil, my own from Basel, Switzerland, and our eclectic life here in New York City.

We love to cook and eat well, and have a glass of wine or a tropical drink with dinner.

We are both fully vaccinated and expect the same from you.

You will love our neighborhood which features many charming little restaurants, great shopping, and all this near the Bedford Avenue L-train subway station. There is even a big Apple Store two blocks away.

By subway, you will be at NYU/Union Square downtown in about minutes from our house, or by ferryboat down at Wall Street. So come on by and check out our place if you would like to live in a very cool neighborhood an hour from downtown Manhattan on the sunny side of the East River with priceless sunsets. We have 2 bedrooms available right now.

As far as smoking is concerned, don't worry, I do smoke sometimes in the evenings myself, as we have a very good exhaust system.
