This spacious bedroom is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, walk-in closet, full-length mirror, lounge chair, nightstand, desk and multiple lamps. The bathroom is shared but you would have your own sink/cabinet/drawers. The other woman is also immaculate so I’m looking for someone who can keep the bathroom tidy.

The rent is a flat rate $ that includes all bills including Wi-Fi and a cleaning lady who comes in once a month. There is a garage space that comes with this room and you would have access to a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining areas and pantry storage.
