Hey there, renting out one of the Guest bedrooms located in the 2nd floor of the house. The room is unfurnished. You get full access to the house including living room, work space, kitchen, laundry and pantry. You also will have a parking space in front or back of the house. There’s also a Patio that you can enjoy. The Bathroom is shared but we make very sure is clean and tidy every single day. We are looking for a female to move in since I Have a 9 year old daughter that comes visit me often.
