2 BEDROOMS CONNECTING BATH NEAR USF - $750/MONTH RENT Hi ladies! Im looking to rent out two bedrooms and a connecting bathroom in my house (shared living areakitchentwo car garage) for a very discounted rate in exchange for some help with my dog. I know this is a weird situation, but if you think you might be interested please keep reading!
I live in Zephyrhills (just 5 minutes from Wesley Chapel), and have a 3 bed 2.5 bath house with a two car garage. I bought the house with my ex boyfriend, and unfortunately things between us ended. I am now on my own with a very large (but very loveable) dog, and I work a very demanding job that has me out of the house 8-10 hours 6 days per week. Because of this, Ive been paying for him to be boarded during the day, but I cannot afford to sustain this on top of my mortgage. I am hoping to find a roommate who works either remotely or parttime, and is willing to:
Walk him once per day while Im at work
Play with himtrain him for one hour while im at work
Generally keep him company throughout the day
Keep in mind you do not have to be a professional dog sittertrainer, Im just looking for a good person who is comfortable with largerbreed dogs. He does not have any behavioral issues, hes generally just a giant puppy who wants to cuddle and play.
In exchange for helping with the dog, I will only be charging $700 for rent plus half of electricwater. This will be for two full bedrooms with a connecting bathroom, plus access to all the shared spaces in the house.
