Im moving out of my 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Uptown and looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease! The apartment is near Montrose & Hazel, and my roommate will be staying, so youd be taking over my room from November through June. There are technically two rooms you could use as the bedroom, one weve been using as storage. Pictured are the living roomkitchen, and bathroom.

About a 10-minute walk to the Wilson Red Line
Easy access to the 136 and 146 bus lines
Close to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. 25 minute walk to the lakefront. Walking distance to Aldi, Jewel, and a Trader Joes is opening 2 minutes down the street in a week or two.
About the roommate: My roommate is a quiet, clean, and respectful therapist who has lived in the apartment for a while. Hell likely be working from home about 2 days a week, so the apartment tends to be pretty calm and lowkey during the week.
The apartment has been home to my two cats for the past year (theyre coming with me when I move).
About the Pictures: Kitchen, Living Room, and Bathroom are the current setups we have. The pictures with the watermark are pictures of the rooms you could use as a bedroom from when they were empty. They are not exact, as theyre pictures of a different unit in the same building, but its the same basic layout.
