The house is partially furnished and the room is unfurnished. but we still have plenty of room. You would be the third person in the house, sharing the space with two young professionals. We both enjoy having a cozy, peaceful atmosphere at home. Were hoping to find someone who appreciates a comfortable living environment and is considerate of shared spaces.
Were ideally looking for a female roommate and prefer a single occupant (no couples, please).
Parking Parking can be a little tricky in the area, but we do have two garage parking spaces available for the household.
