Hi, I’m Mike. I’m a 57 year old nonsmoking male seeking a clean quiet & comfortable private bedroom and bathroom to rent from a mature homeowner who seeks a housemate who shares their values of financial stability, open communication & mutual respect and is happy to share a peaceful home environment while maintaining independent schedules. I am technical translator who works virtually so if I’m not reading or typing or in an online meeting, then I’m watching movies or listening to podcasts - always with headphones - or exercising or preparing simple meals for myself. I seek an unfurnished or partially furnished bedroom as I own all the basics but am happy to donate what I have that will be redundant as I dislike clutter. I will not be hosting visitors, overnight guests or social gatherings in our home as I spend my time with friends & colleagues in restaurants, at concerts or sporting events. When I travel it is rarely for more than consecutive days and I keep my personal space clean & organized & will most happily extend this mutual care & respect to all common areas & especially the kitchen & refrigerator. Dogs of all sizes & breeds love me but I’m sadly very allergic to cats.
