Roommate wanted in a beautiful three bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch house with finished basement in the 37042 zip code of Clarksville. Very close to groceries, restaurants, you name it. Must be responsible, clean and personable. Gainfully employed with no substance abuse issues. Landlord (who I am long time friends with) will run credit and background checks, for a small fee. Your portion of the rent would be $800/month which includes all utilities: electricity, wi-fi, cable, water/gas and trash. I'm a young, energetic and very personable 60-year-old male work from home IT professional who enjoys music (likely to play live, once in awhile, in the basement), BBQ and enjoying beverages on the weekends. 10:00 p.m. is quiet time, during the week.
