Room for rent

Descripción

1bed/1bath in a town house available near FIU! I am a single teacher and get home late. Looking for a responsable, young student (or 2) to rent out this room and share the kitchen/dining space with respect. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, gated community, very nice to walk along the shaded streets. Conveniently located on 122nd and 8th. We have publix, frescoes, shopping plazas, AMC Movie, restaurants and parks located within 2 blocks. Everything you need is very close and convenient. Laundry and utilities included. Move in ready!!!
