We would be co-tenants on the lease and would split utilities/apartment fees (wifi, gas, electric, trash/trash valet, sewer, pest control, renters’ insurance). Conveniently located on Fletcher Parkway in serene Fletcher Hills, Colonnade at Fletcher Hills Apartments is adjacent to a small shopping center that has a grocery store (Smart & Final), CVS, Postal Annex, restaurants, and salons/barber shop.
