Hi! I’m Alejandro, 28, originally from Colombia and currently studying English in Melbourne. I’m looking for a private room in a clean, friendly and respectful sharehouse. Ideally, I’d like to move in around mid-October and I’m looking for a minimum of 2 months, but I’d be very happy to stay longer if it’s a good fit. My budget is around $250–300 per week, depending on the room and bills. I’m mainly looking around Brunswick, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North, Collingwood, Carlton, Northcote and the CBD, but I’m open to other well-connected areas. I’m clean, organised and easy-going. I enjoy having a chat, cooking, music, art, photography, film, thrift shopping and exploring Melbourne. I like a home that is calm and comfortable, while still being social and welcoming. I’m LGBTQIA+ friendly, and pet friendly. I’m looking for a place where everyone respects each other’s space, routines and privacy.
