Hello! My name is Samantha and I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with me in the Greenville, SC area. My budget is no more than $650-$700 a month. I've already spoken to a couple complexes around here if you'd like to know more!
I'm very low-drama and would prefer someone who is able to pay all their bills on time and is in a comfortable situation financially. I've lived with roommates in the past who are sloppy or unable to pay rent, and I definitely would not like to experience that again. I prioritize communication but will always keep empathy in mind.
