Hi, Tate! I'm an IT professional who recently relocated to the Dallas area from New Zealand. I'm friendly, responsible, respectful, and easygoing, and I'm looking for a comfortable, well-kept home where I can settle in and enjoy my new city. I'm clean and considerate of shared spaces, reliable with rent and bills, and value clear, respectful communication. I enjoy good conversation and the occasional shared meal, while also respecting everyone's privacy, routines, and quiet time. As I've just relocated back to the US, I'm looking forward to putting down some roots and getting to know the Dallas area.
