Very safe, nice neighborhood home located 1 mile from the beach, just off A1A in Jupiter, with Pool/Jacuzzi Fully furnished bedroom with a private half bath and a separate entrance. *Brand-new carpet and paint, and a queen-sized mattress. It has a 32" TV with Netflix, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, a personal refrigerator, and a microwave. You also have access to the main kitchen amenities and the main restroom/shower, pool, and jacuzzi. I am a professional, clean, laid-back, straight male (40 years old) who enjoys the gym, boating, fishing, and gaming. I have no pets, no parties, and am a non-smoker; I mostly work a lot and sleep (: I'm seeking one roommate; no couples or overnight guests (Smoking ok outside) There is a minimum lease term of 3 months, but we can make it a longer period or month-to-month after that.
