Room available N0v1 possibly sooner

Hello, My wife and I have a room becoming available by Nov 1st. We prefer a clean and tidy space but understand life happens - we just ask that common spaces are tidy within reason as we have two pups that will get into things left out. For rent is a bedroom with your own bathroom, down the hall. The house has a large backyard with fire pit and a nice patio area. Utilities are split 3 ways to be fair. You would be welcome to have guests over as long as they are respectful of the space. Due to the fact that we have a bar/ game room in the house no recovering or active alcoholics for everyone’s best interests.
