HUB FULLERTON LEASE TAKEOVER

My [REDACTED] 2x1 LITE on 5th floor. They are both trying to get their leases taken over so if you have a roommate in mind the whole space needs 2 people to takeover. But at least one person for my boyfriend’s room. He is in A1, so has the window. Hub Fullerton comes with excellent amenities and is walking distance to class. They just live 20 mins away from home so it no longer makes sense for them. It is currently 2 males, but if you are a female and know a female to takeover both leases you can be all females!!
