Private room with private bathroom

You will have your own private bathroom with plenty of storage space. The room is 11’x11’ and we are on the second floor. The kitchen and living room would be shared space and the kitchen has a lot of storage available. My boyfriend (40) and I (39) both work outside the home. We like to relax and hang out at home, cook, watch movies and just relax. We are both laid back and easy to get along with. You would have an assigned parking space as well. There isn’t any guest parking but there is street parking but it’s first come first serve. It is a 12 month lease and you would have to pass a screening as well.
