Looking for a professional roommate. I have one other roomie, a friend of mine, and she and I are looking for someone that is clean, doesn't have an issue with helping out, etc. We're both cool with a male that is caring or a female that is strong. No messy applicants. We are stringent on maintaining cleanliness, so looking for others that would treat this place as their own. A $250 deposit is required with 1st month rent for cleaning
