Spring Subletter Needed!

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Grove Ames. I'll be studying abroad for the semester, but I have 2 roommates who will be staying. Subletter must be female! The apartment is furnished, has in-unit washer/dryer, and everyone has their own bathroom and walk-in closet. Utilities are paid with rent, and residents receive a $25 credit toward utility cost as well. Cost ranges with use, but I typically pay $20-30 after the credit is applied.
