📦 Looking for someone who can take over as soon as possible You’d be living with 3 other guys who are all sophomores at FSU. They’re all super cool, easy to live with, and the apartment is already fully set up. The only reason I’m moving out is because I have a place in Boca Raton where I currently have my office, and I’m doing school completely online through TSC. I’m just not in Tallahassee enough to make keeping the apartment worth it for me. The lease takeover would go through the apartment/management, so everything would be done properly.
