Furnished room in AdMo/Dupont

Hi, I'm Neil and I'm seeking a roommate for a room in a 2BR at the border of Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan. Personally, I'm an open book, get along with just about anyone:) I'm on the 8th floor of an 8-story building with a pretty amazing roof deck that literally takes a few seconds to get there (see picture). The building neighbors are wonderful, and we have happy hours on the roof. The apartment is very quiet as far as my experience goes, and I've been here 20 years. It's in one of the safest, quietest, most walkable neighborhoods in DC, central to three Metros within 10-15 min walking distance. It's near several supermarkets, and literally a hundred restaurants within a 15 minute walk, and a very social community that hosts casual gatherings all the time.
