💡 Utilities are split 3 ways
💰 $1,200/month
📅 Month-to-month, with the option to renew and sign a 1-year lease on January 10th
🔑 $833 security deposit, due at move-in along with the first month’s rent 🐱 The home also has 2 friendly cats.
No additional animals/pets allowed. Looking for someone who: Is clean and well-organized
Has reliable, steady income
Is responsible and respectful
Is willing to mow the lawn
Is willing to deep clean the home once a month
Is easygoing and respectful of others
Fits well with both roommates’ personalities and household vibe
