The room is furnished and the apartment is fully furnished, so it’s move-in ready. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom, plus access to the shared living room and kitchen. The building also has a rooftop pool and tandem parking. Rent: $2,000/month
Utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking are included. Location: Westwood, conveniently located near UCLA, Westwood Village, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and public transportation. I’m a professional woman in my mid-30s and work for UCLA Health. I’m at work during the week and generally have a quiet, clean lifestyle. I’m looking for another female roommate who is respectful, responsible, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. This is a good fit for someone looking for a comfortable, peaceful home rather than a party environment. Rental terms:
