Short term room for rent in Reston

Hi, my name is David. I am a 33-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate to rent a room in a luxury apartment in Reston, VA. The monthly rent is $1250 (utilities and wifi included, optional parking at the complex is $100 a month) and the room is available on October 1st. It is a 6 month lease and the tenant would have to be added onto the lease via the main office (background, credit check, and employment verification required). You will have your own room and walk in closet. Short term 6 month lease Oct-April
Single Full time professionals only. No Couples.
No parties and no smoking. No pets.
Looking for a quiet, responsible, and respectful roommate.
I am not home very much during the week so you will have most of the apartment to yourself but I am sociable and like to meet new people for when I am there. This is 1 bedroom apartment so I will be sleeping in a bed in the living room but its a big space so feel free to use the living room to watch TV or whatever during the day. Also you will have full access to the kitchen area. The bathroom will be shared. As well as the kitchen so want to make sure common areas are kept clean. Shared washer and dryer.
