One bedrooms for rent in a 3 bedroom rambler home just off of 205 and Mill Plain in Vancouver, with covered patio facing a fenced backyard. It will be available Sep 15th 2026 Partially furnished or not, your preference. The home is shared with one 27-year-old male professional. He is quiet, respectful and keeps a clean home. We are looking for a working professionals who are clean and tidy, and who do not use drugs or alcohol. Partially furnished with twin size bed setup with newer mattress. Rent is $750 per month. ( utilities will split by 3 person probably around $70/ month for each) Refundable security deposit = $750 Nonrefundable cleaning fee= $150. Background check =$40 Total move in is $1,690 The kitchen, living room, and dining room are shared and furnished. Laundry in house, driveway and street parking, no smoking in the house (outside is ok)
Rent will be initial 3 month lease, then month to month.
