There are two available bedrooms, and you can choose whichever one you prefer! Both rooms have recently had new vinyl flooring installed. 💰 $800/month — utilities included

🏠 Only one room will be rented — there will not be multiple roommates 🐾 Must love animals! I have a dog, cat, and fish who live in the home, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys and is comfortable around animals. I work as a pet sitter and care for clients’ pets in their homes, meaning I may be away from my house for several days or sometimes longer. Because of this, an important part of the living arrangement is being willing to help with basic care for my animals while I’m away, such as feeding them, making sure they have water, and helping with their day-to-day needs. I want to be completely upfront about this so I can find someone who is comfortable with the arrangement and will enjoy having them around. ❤️ A little about me: I’m 48, a newly empty nester, and pretty laid-back and easygoing. I’m a bit of a homebody and love movies, TV shows, coffee, animals, and Halloween is my absolute favorite! 🎃 I’m respectful of privacy and want whoever moves in to feel comfortable and at home while still having their own space. Please note: Initial and inquiries will go through my daughter, Zoann, who is helping me manage the listing since technology isn’t exactly my strong suit 😂.
