Hello, my name is Stephen and I am a Technician who works on machinery. I am employed full-time and have a company truck and one motorcycle. I work almost every day and I am looking for a room with bathroom access.
I receive packages from FedEx and ups almost every day so I need to let person renting be aware of that. These packages are usually parts for my job. I am a very quiet person and sometimes I’m working away from the Sacramento area and staying in hotels when I do.
If the room is furnished with a bed, then that would be great, but if not, it’s OK I will purchase what I need. I usually wake up at three or four in the morning and I get home from work between 5 PM and 8 PM I generally eat out or I ordered DoorDash I will need access to a washer and dryer once a week if that is possible I will be more than happy to provide any other information that you require.
