Hello! I am posting on behalf of my sister(34F), who will be needing a roommate by the end of October or November. 1,500 per month + utilities! The location of this apartment is a 10 minute walk from Whole Foods, trader joes, Nob hill and Vasona lake! It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood, the apartment complex offers two pools during the summer. They have washers and dryers on the property (which is a win in my opinion) A bit about my sister, she is 420 friendly, she is lively and is extroverted. But she also knows how to keep to herself. She has two little dogs and a kitten. She is looking for someone that is a working professional, keeps the common areas clean & ok with pets. Unfortunately we already reached the pet capacity in the unit so no more pets will be allowed. I will not be posting pictures for privacy purposes but will send them over after a chat!
