The home is shared with a female SDSU student occupying the primary bedroom, along with her 2 indoor cats. We are looking for female college students or similarly aged young professionals seeking a comfortable, respectful month-to-month living arrangement. Room B — $900/month
Private bedroom approximately 3 sq. ft. smaller than Room C, with the smaller closet. Room C — $925/month
Private bedroom with slightly more square footage and a larger closet. Rooms B and C share one full bathroom. The common areas are fully furnished, including the living room, dining, TV, kitchen, and laundry area. Bedrooms are currently unfurnished, but a full-size bed, dressers, rugs, and small nightstands are available if needed. Rent includes:
