Available September 1st, this furnished room is ideal for student at Langara College (10 min. walk), UBC (30 min. by public transport) or any college downtown (25 min by train). This is a fully renovated house with new appliances and hardwood floors throughout. Comfortable living room with fireplace, brand new kitchen and washer and dryer. The house is located on a block corner and surrounded by many trees in a quiet neighborhood. We also have a garden and a patio outside equipped with a barbecue to enjoy the warm summer nights. There is plenty of parking space if you have a car. If not, public transportation is easily accessed: bus #49 stop to UBC or Metrotown is a 2 minutes walk and Canada Line Langara/49th is a 5 minutes walk. We are looking for a responsible and quiet roommate who respects others' privacy. As this room share a bathroom with another female roommate, female applicants have priority. References needed. A deposit of half the rent is required on moving in. No smoking, illicit substance use, or pets.
