Looking for a roommate in JP

I'm trying to fill one of the bedrooms in our apartment. The location is excellent, close to the Orange Line and a short walk from the part of Centre Street you would want to go to. It's located in a triple decker with central air. There's a no pay washer/dryer in the basement. Utilities run around $150 a month. The landlord doesn't go too crazy with the rent increases and does fix things. Current roommates are an international student and two professionals. We are in our 30's and 40's, fairly mature, keep to ourselves and have nerdy interests. We are open to pretty much anybody and are LGBTQ friendly.
