Looking for a room for rent. It will just be me and my boyfriend. We are very quiet and respectful of noise at all times. We both are employed and just trying to purchase our first home. Roommating is the quickest way to save up some money to do so. We are EXTREMELY clean and willing to help out with literally anything you need. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to cook!! I will always have food made and a kitchen clean. Don't worry about dishes, i do those. We do not have any pets or kids!! Just us two. We do not mind smokers either!! We do not mind kids or pets either!! Do your thing! We only ask for clear communication and that you address us of any concerns!! Our last roommate's didn't tell us that they were late on rent for their portion and got all of us kicked out:( so PLEASE communicate!! Thank you!!!🙏🏻
