Furnished Bedroom w/ Bathroomm

Thanks for checking out our fully furnished primary bedroom that will be available mid-August. The room for rent is the primary bedroom of a three bedroom apartment. It has a giant closet space, and the room is fully furnished. I’m hoping to keep it furnished, but it may be an option to not, if you are looking for more of a clean slate. The room also includes a private bathroom with shower, and full sink and vanity area. The apartment has a space, shared kitchen, and living room area and a beautiful courtyard and community sun deck. Laundry is in the building and uses a credit for payment, and there is a gym on premises that can be added for a little bit extra each month. The room also comes with a parking pass. Street parking is permit only, so there is almost always a spot right out front. Current roommates both work from home. One is an actor, the other one works in sales. We we both mostly keep to ourselves, but love to hang out and grab a drink occasionally, and we host a small Poker night once a month, of which you would, of course be invited to join, but it would not be required. Hoping to find someone who is respectful, professional, and friendly. We are able to go month-to-month, but would love to find someone that plans to stay for the foreseeable future.
