Only to Students, I found out today. Hello, I am Tia I am a senior at VT doing a co-op this fall semester so I am looking for a sublease tenant to take over for this fall semester. Rent is $510 plus $50 for utilities plus a third of the electricity bill. A 8 minutes walk to campus at 508 broce drive. Right on the UCB,PHB,TCR bus routes. Application fee is $49 is all. A 3bed 1Bath apartment with two female roommates who are very clean and nice. No pets are allowed sadly. Apartment is furnished fully with everything needed in common areas and has a dishwasher (washer/dryer on bottom floor of building) and Room is furnished with a full size bed, dresser, desk, and chair. Designated spaces for your items in the apartment to be in the fridge,walk in pantry, shower and cabinets. Only for the Fall Semester. Please message me with any other questions.
