🪩🌸Hi everyone! I am looking for a responsible, clean, and respectful female roommate preferably in their 20s! My roommate decided not to renew the lease super last minute due to family obligations! So I have one room available for a 6m0nth lease + option to renew! About the 🏡:
•3bd 2 1/2 bath!
•You’d have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with another girl!
•Townhome in a quiet area
•in unit laundry •2 parking spaces for the garage (prior roommates and I would rotate ☺️)
•2 main pools + jacuzzi (access to both) •Full access of the house! We have 2 small balconies and patios! About the Rent:💰
•First month(Aug.) is: $1,008.5 —> Afterwards it is $1,024!
•Bills include water and electric /wifi which typically range around $80-$110 pp! •$800 deposit A little about me: 💖 Hi my name is Joseline 25 and I also have a kitten named Toby 🥹. He is the sweetest calmest kitty! I am super responsible and clean so he wouldn’t be roaming around the house unsupervised! I currently work M-F at an office job in San Marcos!

🕺🏻I love to travel, go out, wine nights 🍷, baking, cooking, hanging out with friends and family, go thrifting, going to Pilates/yoga/walks. I also love going to the beach or doing fun activities! If I’m not home I usually keep to myself but I am down to earth, go with the flow type of person and would love to be friends with my roommates! very super chill about drinking or smoking as long as it’s respectful ☺️.
