Hello, I've been in Florida living in The Brittany Aprtment Homes for the past twenty years. I have decided to leave because of the way the p[roperty owners mistreat their "valued residents." For the past four years, I have been on sites like this looking for roommates for my spare room, now I'm on these same sites looking for something for me! I know what I wanted from a roommate--respectful of my property, clean, quiet, helpful, responsible, friendly and I will be all that for you! I will clean, I can and will cook, I'll shop, I'll do other chores. I'm responsible and quiet yet my roommates that I brought in to live with me, liked me and I stayed out of their way. I work remotely from home training A.I.s so I will be in most of the day, but I do socialize. People think I'm fun and funny, maybe they're right! Age and gender don't matter to me, I just want a nice place to live with nice people/person. I don't drive so most essential places like groceries, restaurants/bars, barbers and doctors need to be walking accessible.I'd love to stay beachside, but probably can't. Melbourne and Palm Bay would be fine, too.
