Looking for roommate/lease takeover

Hey everyone! I’m an incoming male transfer student at UNR studying Mechanical Engineering, and I’m looking for housing for the upcoming school year. I’m interested in either: * A studio, or
* A private bedroom with private bathroom in a 2x2 apartment Budget: $650-850 per month, preferably including at least some utilities
Move-in: Around early to mid-August
Lease: Ideally the full academic year or a 12-month lease
Location: Walking distance to UNR
Parking: Needed I’m 22, clean, respectful, pretty laid-back, and plan to prioritize school. I enjoy cars, engineering, the gym, and backpacking. I’m fine being social with roommates but also respect personal space and quiet time. I also don’t smoke and rarely drink.
