Hey, I'm looking for a flatmate. I’m 24, from Joburg, South Africa and I like keeping a chilled, relaxed home — you’ll usually find me doing uni work, reading, cooking, or getting through something on Netflix. Outside the flat I’m into finding new restaurants and bars with mates, running, swimming, and the odd HIIT class. I’ve lived with flatmates before and I’m easy to live with — not big on hosting big parties, but always down to have a few people over for a meal or a chilled evening. To make the apartment search easier, I’m working with a company that uses their own network of landlords, which takes a lot of the usual international-student pain out of it — places that normally won’t accept guarantors will, landlords who usually only rent to Dutch tenants are open to internationals, that kind of thing. It genuinely makes the whole process way smoother, so if you’re also looking and want to team up on the search, give me a shout.
