Hello! I have a spacious bedroom available with a Queen size Memory foam bed, a recliner, a TV stand with 6 clothes drawers, a flat screen TV, an end table with a reading lamp, and a ceiling fan. There is also a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Cost of electric will be shared. I will pay for water, garbage, Cable, Wi-FI, and Amazon Prime. You will have use of washer and dryer, two (2) swimming pools (one heated during "winter") a fitness center and off street parking. You will have full access to the house including a gourmet kitchen, and you will be able to relax after work in several peaceful outdoor areas including a balcony, a patio and an enclosed lanai. I am 56 years old, so I am WAY past partying and drama, Lol. I don't mind if you drink occasionally, but no heavy drinking and I must have a non-smoker. I have a dog and 2 cats, so you have to be a lover of fur babies. I am close to some of the most beautiful beaches in America and PLENTY of things to do on your days off! There are numerous Springs less than an hour and a half away (a few within 15-30 minutes) where you can go swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking/canoeing and/or camping. Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, etc. are only 2 hours away and there is also a huge water park there. There is also Clearwater Marine Aquarium home to Winter the Dolphin from the movie "Dolphin Tail", Busch Gardens and the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs.
