Private bed/bath in Carmel Valley!

Hi all! I’m looking for a roommate to join me in a 3bed/2.5bath townhouse in Carmel Valley starting July 1! It’s just me living here, and I’m looking to split the third bedroom as a shared office/guest room. I’m walking distance to Sky Deck and One Paseo, and a quick drive to Del Mar beach! I’ve lived here since 2019 and absolutely love the place. About the place:
You would have your own bathroom. It’s unattached but it’s right next to the room.
The townhouse is two stories. The bedrooms are upstairs and the half bath is downstairs.
The shared third room would be an office space/guest room. I only work from home at night and rarely have guests so it would be pretty open, and the closet can be used for additional storage space.
In unit wash/dryer + dishwasher.
A garage that fits one car + storage space, and parking spots outside. The complex has a pool area with a hot tub and grills, as well as tennis courts. I love grilling hot dogs in the summer by the pool!
I have 3 cats. I have robot vacuums that run upstairs and downstairs every day + 3 air purifiers. All the cat litter+food is contained to my room. Price:
Rent is $1700/mo + utilities/internet/water/trash which comes out to about $150-200 a month. Security deposit is $1700.
The lease is for 1 year. About me!:) I’m 28 and I work in biotech. I’m in the office full time during the week.
I’m originally from Chicago but have lived in SD for 10+ years.
I love the Padres, the zoo+safari park, reality TV, and this year I’ve taken up bird watching.
I’m a mix of introvert/extrovert where I love being around people but also really value my alone time. I’m usually down to chat at home but I also respect your space and alone time. Message me if you’re interested and we can arrange a meet up!
