We’re looking for a third roommate to join a renewed lease in a 2BR+flex at a brand-new luxury building on Vernon Blvd, Long Island City — steps from the East River waterfront and LIC pier.
Note: Two cats in residence. Pets welcome. Shared full bath between this room and flex room.

- The Building: Shuttle bus to 7 train station, 24/7 doorman, package room, dog park. Facilities fee covers fitness center, lounge, coworking space, roof deck, BBQ grill, bicycle storage. Pool access and garage available for an additional fee.
- The Apartment: Furnished living room and kitchen with Manhattan & Greenpoint skyline views, high ceiling, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, espresso machine.
- The Room: 140 sq ft true bedroom, two oversized closets, individual climate control (central heat + AC), shared full bath with flex room.
- Lease: 12-month lease, July 1. $2,425/rent, $75/facilties fee (optional). Utilities not included.
- Transit: 7 train (Vernon–Jackson Ave) in 10 min → Grand Central in ~10 min. Hunters Point South ferry in 5 min.
