Hi, my name is James. I am a 38-year old easy-going guy. I am looking for a room to rent in/near Puyallup. My budget is $1000 and I would like to move by July 1st. I'm clean, easy to get along with, and drama-free. I don't do drugs, smoke, and I rarely drink. I mostly work, but I like to go to events, wonder around (travel), fly drones, skateboard, and snowboard. When I'm home, I like to throw on my headphones and relax with my dog. My dog is 11yo, 10 lbs, very friendly, quiet, potty trained, and well behaved (I am a former professional dog trainer). I have an immaculate rental history (apartments, and shared living space); I always pay on-time. I pickup after myself and share chores. I'm looking for a safe place for my belongings, friendly roommates, and a good landlord that filters out the weirdos.
